Who we are
I'm Blaire Kelley — a marketing strategist and the founder of Arc. After leading global campaigns and sales enablement at J.P. Morgan, I started Arc to bring that same caliber of strategic thinking to companies that need it most, at exactly the moment they need it.
Most marketing teams are great at doing. What's harder is knowing what to say — and building the story that makes everything else work. That's the gap I built Arc to fill.
