Where storytelling meets strategy

Every brand has an arc. Arc helps you shape yours.

The launches, rebrands, new markets, and leadership shifts — these are the moments a brand's story either sharpens or drifts. Arc exists for those moments: a fractional head of marketing strategy who builds clarity into the story and the system behind it — without the full-time headcount.

The Arc
point of view

Most teams build a plan. Very few build a strategy.

A plan tells you what to do. A strategy tells you why it matters, who it's for and what story you're telling at every step. The companies that win aren't the ones with the biggest calendar. They're the ones that show up in their customer's memory at the moment it counts.

Arc's work is grounded in evidence-based, proven marketing science, including the research of Byron Sharp and the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute. Because strategy without evidence is just opinion dressed up.

About

I built Arc to do the work I wish more teams had access to.

I'm Blaire Kelley, marketing strategist, storyteller and the founder of Arc Marketing. I spent nearly a decade at J.P. Morgan, where I led global campaigns, built sales enablement functions, and managed teams through some of the most complex brand moments a legacy institution can face. Along the way, I saw the same pattern play out in teams of every size. Smart marketers doing excellent work — against a brief that gave them no strategy. Calendar full. Customer missing. Story unclear.

I started Arc to bring senior strategic leadership to companies at the moment they need it most. I help teams find clarity in their narrative, build campaigns that actually connect, and make sure every part of the organization is telling the same story. Not with more activity. With the clarity that makes the activity worth doing.

Who Arc is for

PROFILE ONE

Mid-sized teams stretched too thin to think strategically

Your marketing team is strong. They're also under water. Between campaigns, content, and stakeholder requests, no one has the space to step back and build the strategy underneath the calendar. That's where Arc comes in.

→ Marketing team of 6+ with strong executors

→ A big moment on the horizon — launch, rebrand, new market

→ Plans exist. Strategy doesn't.

→ Leadership wants clearer answers on why before more what.

PROFILE TWO

Founder-led brands at a growth inflection

You built this. Your voice is on every piece of content, and that's both the asset and the bottleneck. You need someone who can translate your instinct into a system your team can run — so you can step back from approvals and into the work only you can do.

→ Marketing team of 3-5, founder deeply involved

→ Brand has momentum but needs a strategic layer

→ Founder wants to stop approving every caption

→ Ready for the infrastructure a growth stage demands.

What Arc offers

Fractional Leadership

Your part-time Head of Marketing Strategy

Senior marketing leadership on a retainer basis — embedded with your team, building the strategy, the voice, and the operating system your marketing function needs to run without a full-time executive hire.

Narrative
Sprint

When your story isn't landing and you need clarity fast

A 3–4 week engagement focused on messaging architecture. Clarifying what you do, why it matters, and how to say it in a way that resonates. The result is a unified narrative your whole organization can work from.

Campaign
Strategy

Campaigns built around a story — not a channel plan

From strategic blueprint through end-to-end campaign leadership. Structure, clarity, and creative direction for a high-stakes launch, rebrand, or market entry.

Sales
Enablement

Marketing only works when sales tells the same story

Sales deck narrative, pitch development, messaging playbook. The tools your team will actually use — from the opening slide to the closing conversation.

The work

A founder-led brand navigating a national book launch, a new store opening, and a growing marketing team at an inflection point.

Over three months, I built the marketing strategy, social guidelines, annual content framework, and customer journey map. The biggest shift wasn't a number on a dashboard — it was a team that stopped reacting and started planning.
